ПРОЕКТ DEMINA „ИНОВАЦИИ И ПРОДЪЛЖАВАЩО ОБУЧЕНИЕ И ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ В УПРАВЛЕНИЕТО НА ДЕСТИНАЦИЯТА“

Относно проекта Проектът „Иновации и допълнително образование в управлението на дестинации“ (DEMINA) e планиран да запълни настоящите пропуски в образователните материали и методологии за управление на дестинациите и стратегическо развитие на туризма. Проектът се осъществява чрез международно партньорство на седем професионални институции от шест държави. Проектът DEMINA се финансира по програма Еразъм+ на Европейския съюз. Този проект е финансиран с подкрепата на Европейската комисия. Целите на проекта са следните: • да се повиши квалификацията и компетенците на дестинационните организации и да се обучат да работят с ефективни инструменти за повишаване на техните знания и умения • да се определят нови професионални квалификации на европейско ниво за служителите по местоназначение, мениджъра на местоназначението и одитора на местоназначението • да се създаде уникален образователен и методически инструмент в областта на одита и управлението на дестинациите и по този начин да се засили предлагането на професионално обучение в тази област • да насърчава експертизата по одит на дестинации като част от квалификациите за управление на дестинацията в страните партньори • да насърчава и разширява интереса към управлението на дестинациите, за да допринесе за по -голям интерес към устойчивото и конкурентно развитие на туризма и регионите и свързаните с тях политики • да се укрепи мрежата от експерти по управление на дестинациите на ниво ЕС, което ще направи възможно непрекъснатото повишаване на техните професионални знания и умения чрез обмен на професионален опит По този начин проектът се фокусира върху следните специфични области: • иновации в управлението на дестинациите • икономичност, ефективност и ефективност на финансовите инвестиции в развитието на туризма и дестинациите • повишаване квалификацията на мениджъри и служители в областта на дестинационното управление и стратегическото развитие на туризма • прилагане на европейската концепция за учебни зони по туризъм • стратегическо и процесно планиране на туризма Проектът планира да създаде два ключови резултата: 1. Създаване на методическа публикация - Европейски модел и методология за управление на дестинацията и одит 2. Създаване на програма за обучение за персонал за управление на дестинации и персонал, отговорен за развитието на туризма на публично ниво, приложим както за професионално обучение през целия живот, така и за начално професионално образование на туристически персонал. Проектът включва и организирането на международен петдневен семинар за експерти дестинации от държави партньори, фокусиран върху теоретично и практическо обучение по въпросите на проекта, проведен в реална дестинация и с реални данни. About the project
The project Innovation and Further Education in Destination Management (DEMINA) was planned to close the current gaps in educational materials and methodologies for destination management and strategic development of tourism. The project is implemented by an international partnership of seven professional institutions from six countries. The DEMINA project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. The goals of the project are following: · to increase the qualification / professionalization of destination organizations and teach them to work with effective tools to increase their knowledge and skills; · to define new professional qualifications at European level for the Destination Officer, the Destination Manager and the Destination Auditor; · to create a unique educational and methodological tool for the area of audit and management of destinations and thus strengthen the offer of vocational training in this area · to promote destination audit expertise as part of destination management qualifications in partner countries; · to promote and broaden the interest in destination management in order to contribute to a greater interest in the sustainable and competitive development of tourism and regions and related policies; · to strengthen the network of experts in DM at EU level, which will make possible to continuously increase their professional knowledge and skills through the exchange of professional experience. The project thus focuses on the following specific areas: · innovation in destination management · economy, efficiency and effectiveness of financial investments in the development of tourism and destinations · raising the qualification of managers and employees in the field of destination management and strategic development of tourism · application of the European concept of Tourism Learning Areas · strategic and process planning of tourism The project plans to create two key outputs: 1. Creation of a methodological publication European Model and Methodology for Destination Management and Audit 2. Creation of a training program for destination management staff and staff responsible for the development of tourism at the public level, applicable both in the lifelong vocational training and initial vocational education of tourism staff. The project will also include an international five-day seminar for destination experts from partner countries focused on theoretical and practical teaching of the project issues, conducted in a real destination and with real data.
