"I am honoured to accept this gift during the week that I relinquish my duties as Dean of UNWE and as a lecturer. I am sure that our university will continue to develop at the same pace in the future and will become even more prestigious with the new lecturers, new professors and new associate professors. I would like to express thankfulness to the Rector in particular for his efforts over the last few years, especially in view of the difficult situation we have had to face. We all remember how, in March 2020, very wise, very courageous decisions had to be made about the educational process and research work within a few days. These decisions have strengthened the University's position as a leading educational institution.
