UNWE Opens Second Master's Degree Programme in Russian Jointly with the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science

During his visit to Novosibirsk the Rector Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov visited SibSUTIS and held a number of working meetings in relation to the joint Master's degree programme.
