On the National Enlighteners Day Four UNWE Rectors Became Part of the Living Memory Rubric

Prof. D.Sc./Econ./ Lalyu Radulov - Rector over the period 1990 - 1993. Prof. Radulov was awarded the Honorary sign of the Rector of UNWE for his huge contribution to the development of UNWE and loyalty to its academic traditions. During his management a very serious reorganization of the educational process and the structures responsible for it was done. as well as the transition of "Karl Marx” Higher Institute of Economics into the University of National and World Economy – successor of the historical traditions of the Free University of Political and Social Sciences.
