Be healthy, successful, ambitious, tenacious and consistent in acquiring new knowledge and skills. We expect you become members of the UNWE large and influential academic family. Be inquisitive, eager to learn, smiling and confident in your strengths and abilities. Study hard because thus you invest in your future. These were the words the Rector Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev greeted and called “future students of UNWE” the participants in the 20th Jubilee Fair on the project Integrative Practical Training devoted to the 106th Anniversary of the National Trade and Banking High School (NTBG) (in the picture below).
Prof. Stattev reminded the words of Dr. Ivan Grozev, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the opening of NTBG on 25 February 1913: “Your happiness and future depends only on you, on your ability to use your competences, energy, initiative and entrepreneur skills. You are the smiths of your own destiny”. The Rector wished the pupils: “Forge your destiny! I am sure you will succeed!”

The National Trade and Banking High School is the largest school in the country where study more than 1250 pupils in 45 classes. A great part of the NTBG alumni are students and graduates of UNWE.
