PILC 2016: Leadership through PARtnership

The 5th PAR International Leadership Conference will be held in the period 18-20 March in Rijeka, Croatia. It will be dedicated to exploring the topic Leadership through PARtnership.

As it was concluded at the PILC 2015, leaders do not gather followers to rule them, but partners with a common goal that share experiences and work together towards achieving excellence and prosperity. PILC 2016 will thus explore topics related to international relations, entrepreneurship, media and women entrepreneurship but through the prism of partnership. Being a partner means participation which in return requires inclusion and carries awareness and responsibility.

The overall goal of the PILC 2016 will be to explore the possibilities of partnership between various interest parties in business, education and industry.
