A group of students and their lecturers from the Elmhurst University in Illinois /USA/ visited the UNWE as part of the international educational programme Global Business and Leadership*.

A group of students and their lecturers from the Elmhurst University in Illinois /USA/ visited the UNWE as part of the international educational programme Global Business and Leadership*.

After the meeting with the Mahaging Body the students visited the renovated UNWE Library where Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pascal Zhelev, lecturer at the International Economic Relations and Business Department, deliverd a lecture on the Transition from Planned Economy to European Integration: a Study of the Economic Transformation of Bulgaria. The lecture provoked discussion among the participants who had the opportunity to talk about various relevant issues related to the challenges that Bulgaria faces and its place in the global economy.
