UNWE is the First Bulgarian University Concluded a Memorandum of Understanding with the EC Joint Research Center

UNWE is the first Bulgarian university that has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding with the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC). The document was signed by the Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev and Mrs. Charlina Vicheva, Deputy Director General of JRC and alumnus of UNWE (in the picture below).

In the document is also written that the cooperation between the UNWE and the JRC will be aimed at coordinating research activities in the fields of common interest (scientific subjects) in order to ensure information sharing and efficient use of resources.

At the signing of the Memorandum attended Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milanka Slavova, Vice Rector for Education in EQD of Bachelor and Lifelong Learning, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stela Raleva, Vice Rector for Education in EQD of Master and Distance Learning, Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, Dean of the Economics of Infrastructure Faculty, Head of the National and Regional Security Department and Coordinator on the implementation of the Memorandum by the UNWE, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nadya Mironova, Vice Dean of the Management and Administration Faculty and Head of the Management Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svetla Boneva, Vice Dean of the International Economics and Politics Faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noncho Dimitrov, Scientific Secretary of the National and Regional Security Department, Chief Assist. Dr. Ekaterina Bogomilova, lecturer at the Department, representatives of JRC (in the picture below).
