On 19 February - the Day of the 146th Anniversary of the hanging of the Apostle of Freedom Vasil Levsky, the Rector of UNWE and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Bulgaria Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.)
