The 1st General Assembly of the European Grouping on Territorial Cooperation H.E.L.I.C.A.S was held on 29 June 2017, with the participation of dozens of representatives of the participating bodies. The General Assembly was implemented at the Senate’s Hall of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki following an invitation by the Mayor of Thessaloniki Mr. Boutaris.
