Interactive Zone for Self-Service Banking at the New UNWE Building

The Rector Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev and Mrs. Violina Marinova, Chairwoman of the Bank Management Board and CEO of DSK Bank opened an interactive zone for self-service banking at the new UNWE building (in the picture below).

It is the consecutive innovation at the UNWE that will provide quick and easy access of our students, lecturers and officials to all banking services and products of DSK Bank, pointed out Prof. Stattev.

It`s a pleasure for me to open an interactive zone that has never existed in Bulgaria so far. We offer a comprehensive, convenient and modern access to all bank products and services of the Retail banking segment. You will also have the opportunity to receive the best information from our colleagues, said Mrs. Marinova.

During the opening of the interactive zone

The self-service banking zone includes: ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) for contributions or cash withdrawals, consultations, payment of bills, contributions to credit cards or goods credits in DSK Bank, money transferring by MoneyGram, etc.; touch screen for access to public banking information; access to credit calculator with slides where clients can see various options of the sought financing and submit a request; screen for digital marketing content with information about products and services. There are also two bank counters for service desk consultants.
