Memorandum of Cooperation between the UNWE and EY Bulgaria

The Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev and Nikolay Garnev, Managing Partner for Bulgaria of Ernst & Young Bulgaria (EY Bulgaria) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The document provides for establishment of working relations between both institutions in the field of student internships and scholarships, cooperation in the organization of international conferences in order to promote the accounting and auditing profession as well as in the organization of Master`s degree programmes.

Coordinator for the implementation of the Memorandum from the UNWE is Prof. Dr. Snezhana Basheva, Dean of the Finance and Accountancy Faculty and Head of the Accountancy and Analysis Department and from the EY Bulgaria – Nadya Mihova, Human Resources Manager.

In the Memorandum is also set out that the UNWE and EY Bulgaria will partner in the organization of masterclasses on actual topics to students and experts from the practice as well as in the organization of business plays and training firms, mutual research activities and educational projects.
