The Bachelors of Science

You are among the few graduates who had the happiness and honour of being supported by your “class teacher” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Plamen Raltchev, said to the graduates the Head of the International Relations Department Prof. Dr. Georgy Genov. He explained that the academic phenomenon “class teacher” had been a result of understanding and common views but not an administrative act.

I am sorry I am not an employer because if I were I would hire this “Dream Team 2014” immediately to work for me, said Assoc. Prof. Plamen Raltchev to graduates and guests. He shared that the graduation of the alumni had filled him with complicated emotions of joy because his students had reached peaks but also of sadness because he couldn`t see them often any more.

The “Dream Team”

It is the best and the most wonderful alumni until now, classified the grades Prof. Georgy Genov and added that according to their results the graduates from the speciality European Studies had took the second place at the university. Well, sometimes it seems hard but it is only in the beginning. After that everything becomes achievable, said Prof. Genov.

Together with the proud and happy parents

After 20 years Bulgaria will be what you make it. If you don`t like anything in Bulgaria then go into the Parliament and reform it, gave his advices Prof. Genov. Over the past years there is no unemployed graduate from the speciality European Studies at the UNWE, said also Prof. Genov.

After the ceremony the graduates planted a tree in the university yard. If you look for a symbolism in the choice of a tree then it is clear. Because of its inner power and valuable qualities in many nations the chest-nut tree is a symbol of wisdom and for the young graduates from the speciality European Studies it is also a symbol of their success in everything achieved at the university over the years. Assoc. Prof. Ralchev expressed his hope that his alumni and the tree would have strong and good fruits in life.
