First Meeting for The Project on Definition of Local Authorities` VET Activities for Rural Tourism within The EQF

At the end of October in Taskopru, Turkey was held the first meeting for the project 2013-1-TR1-LEO04-47840 8 - Definition of Local Authorities` Vocational and Educational Training (VET) Activities for Rural Tourism within the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) financed by Leonardo da Vincy Programme – Partnerships. In the meeting participated Prof. Dr. Diana Kopeva from the Economics of Natural Resources Department to the Business Faculty.

At the ceremony on the opening of the Forum attended Huseyin Arslan, Mayor of Taskopru Municipality, the governor of Kastamonu region, representatives of local authorities, the University of Kastamonu, the business and organizations supporting the local economic development and rural tourism.

The partners in the project introduced their institutions and presented the status of rural tourism in their countries.
