Students Learned about the Customer Relations Management at COCA COLA HBC

The Marketing and Strategic Planning Department in partnership with Coca Cola HBC organized a public lecture for students on COCA COLA HBC & UNWE: COME & LEARN.

The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova, Vice-Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies of the UNWE, Prof. Dr. Hristo Katrandzhiev, Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning Department, Galina Petrova, Employer Brand Manager, Miroslav Chiflishky, Head of the Sales Academy Programme, and Alexander Runev, Country Commercial Support Manager of Coca Cola HBC /in the pictured below from the right to the left/.

The Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning Department Prof. Dr. Hristo Katrandjiev greeted the attendees in the hall and emphasized: "Over time we have built quite a sustainable cooperation between the UNWE and COCA COLA, in the private case between the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department and the company. The upcoming lecture which will present the customer relations management of Coca Cola HBC will be very useful for you because here are some of the best experts in Bulgaria and some of the best in the world in this field. We will hear the best examples from practice and the best achievements and approaches in working with customers directly from the people in the business".

"It is a great pleasure to be able to join this open lecture and welcome you to the Large Conference Hall. I am sure that the speakers from Coca Cola HBC will present the latest trends related to the customer relations and besides the theoretical knowledge you get from the colleagues from the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department about the good communication with customers, today you will see in practice how this happens in a global company like COCA COLA", said the Vice Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies of UNWE Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova, and added: "Our partnership with the company is really longstanding. Over the last three years, it has found serious expression by holding competitions for high school students organized by the UNWE and the Association of Economic Schools in Bulgaria, which Coca Cola HBC sponsors, through the financial competition Business Case Challenge, which we have organized for the last two years for the joint Business Academy this year. I imagine that some of you who are here in this room have joined this Business Academy that was launched a few days ago. I am sure you will come out of today's lecture with a lot of positive energy, new knowledge, and skills on how to manage customer relations not only in companies like Coca Cola HBC but in all big companies. Congratulations to the management of the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department, to Prof. Dr. Hristo Katrandjiev for the Initiative".

During the lecture the experts from Coca-Cola HBC Galina Petrova, Miroslav Chiflishky and Alexander Runev presented the company and its portfolio.

The lecturers outlined that Coca Cola HBC is the bottling partner for The Coca Cola Company's brands and it is part of the Coca Cola system, one of the largest beverage distribution systems in the world.

The Coca Cola Company and its 300 bottling partners, including Coca Cola HBC, together make up the Coca Cola system. The system creates benefits for both customers and consumers making it unique among businesses. The sustainable growth of the entire system depends on the shared values and goals of The Coca Cola Company and its bottling partners as well as the cooperation and support of all parties within it.

Miroslav Chiflishky presented to students in details the relations developemnt and the customer relations management at COCA COLA HBC.
