Guest Lecturer from Slovakia Spoke to Students about the Nuclear Security and Cybersecurity

A lecture on Strengthening the Nuclear Security through Blockchain was delivered by Ing. Dr. Boris Bucko from the University of Zilina, Slovakia, to students from the unique international Master's degree programme in Nuclear Security taught in English, implemented with the support of the International Atomic Energy Agency /IAEA/ in Vienna. The guest lecturer is part of the group that passed on training in Cybersecurity under the Fulbright Programme last year.

The lecture was attended by students in different semesters of their studies in the Master's degree programme in Nuclear Security taught in English Teaching. The intersections of nuclear security and cybersecurity was the major topic in the discussion that followed.

The visit of the guests from Slovakia was under the Erasmus+ Programme. Before the lecture they met with the Rector of UNWE Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov.
