"ENGAGE.EU offers excellent opportunities for our lecturers to collaborate with renowned researchers from partner universities in solving contemporary challenges to the socio-economic development of society", says Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mihail Musov, Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs and ENGAGE.EU Coordinator for the UNWE. "There are currently eight active <a href="https://www.research-community-engage.eu/research-themes" target="_blank"><strong>research areas</strong></a> /Digital Transformation, Justice and Peace, Sustainable Business, Sustainable Society, Sustainable Planet, Health &amp; Wellbeing, Inequality, Global Economy/ but any colleague is free to create a new one. It is possible to join the existing <a href="https://www.research-community-engage.eu/collaboration-groups" target="_blank"><strong>collaborative groups</strong></a> as well as to create new ones. Such interdisciplinary collaboration at such an international level is an outstanding achievement not only for our university but for the European research area as a whole."
