What’s the HEC Business Game?
The HEC Business Game is more than just a case competition—it’s an immersive journey where participants tackle business challenges presented by global industry leaders. Previous partners include Ferrari, Nespresso, Bain & Company, Schneider Electric, and AB InBev—all hosted at HEC Paris.

Event Dates: March 28-29, 2025 – two days of intense problem-solving, learning, and networking with peers from across the world.

Case Round: Shortlisted applicants will tackle a case challenge designed by HBG partner AB InBev – your first chance to showcase your business acumen, win a prize, and connect with a top company!

Important Dates and Reminders

• Application Deadline: The deadline for completing the first step of the application (CV and Video Responses) is 23:59 on December 6, 2024.
• Second Round Business Case: The case will be released on December 8, 2024, with a deadline of 23:59 on December 27, 2024.
• Admission Notice: Participants will be notified of their acceptance on January 5, 2025.
• Participation Fee: A fee of €60 is required upon confirmation of your attendance, covering all F&B and logistics in Paris.

Eligibility Requirements

• Professional fluency in English
• Enrollment in a Master’s degree
