Bulgarian-Chinese Forum of Rectors for Cooperation and Exchange

In 2024, it will be 75 years since the Republic of Bulgaria established diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China. The two countries have always maintained good relations and partnerships in the fields of economy and trade, agriculture, science and technology, culture and education.

In order to establish new, mutually beneficial forms of academic and scientific interaction and expand the partnerships with universities in China, on 14 October 2024 the UNWE will host the Bulgarian-Chinese Forum of Rectors for Cooperation and Exchange, organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Education Association for International Exchange.

Guests of honour at the event are the Minister of Education and Science Prof. Dr. Galin Tsokov, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Bulgaria H.E. Ms. Dai Qingli and Ms. FU Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of China Education Association for International Exchange /CEAIE/.
