Head of the Strategic Planning Department of D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics - Svishtov, Bulgaria (2005-2007). Visiting Professor at Pierre Mendes University, Grenoble, France (2007). Currently occupies the positions of: Director of the Center for Research and Education Projects (CREP) and Professor at the Department of Marketing and Strategic Planning, UNWE; Chairperson of the Economics and Management Committee, National Agency for Assessment and Accreditation to the Council of Ministers.

UNWE's representative in the 3rd Cohort of the Institutional Human Resources Strategy Group to the EC.

Expertise in: drafting project proposals to: FP7, ESF, CEI, COST, Visegrad Fund, EEA Financial Mechanism, UNESCO, Council of Europe; coordination of projects funded by national and international programs; communication with national and foreign institutions and partners; in-depth knowledge of: international mobility management, mobility instruments (EQF, ECTS, Diploma Supplement), foreign education systems, academic recognition of qualifications concerning higher education.
