Application
Students' Application
Students have to fill up the Application for Students and to submit it along with the abstract of their paper (please follow the respective Template) by the 31st of May 2019 to [email protected]. Although individual papers are allowed, to enhance the team spirit of the event this year, papers that are co-authored by two (or more) participating students within a delegation are encouraged. Students will be notified by the 30th of June 2019 for the acceptance of their application and the inclusion of their paper in the program of the Youth Conference.
The FINAL PAPERS (please follow the respective TEMPLATE) have to be submitted by the 31st of August 2019 to [email protected]. Professors in the origin university shall be responsible for the supervision and the guidance of the young researchers.
Professors' Application
Professors are kindly asked to fill up the Application for Professors, where they will also define the title and a short description of their lecture by the 31st of May 2019 and to submit it to [email protected].
Accompanying Persons' Application
Accompanying persons are kindly asked to fill up the Application for Accompanying Persons by the 31st of May 2019 and to submit it to [email protected].
