Professor from The UNWE Participated in The Annual Seminar of The International Association of Agricultural Economists

The main professional organization of agricultural economists - International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) annually organizes several scientific seminars devoted to the agricultural economics issues. In the beginning of October in Sofia was held the 147^th Seminar of IAAE on the Common Agricultural Policy Impact on the Economic Growth and Sustainability of Agriculture and Rural Regions organized by the Institute of Agricultural Economics at Agricultural Academy.

In the Seminar took part more than 30 researchers from more than 10 European countries as well as representatives of the European Commission. During the plenary session Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Plamen Mishev, Head of the Natural Resources Economics Department delivered a report on the Common Agricultural Policy and the Bulgarian Farming.
