Septemer, 18^th, 2023 - beginning of the academic year 2023/2024

            Enrollment for the first semester of the first year is from September, 11^th, 2023 till October, 6^th, 2023 at the office of Foreign Students and European Appendices to Diplomas Sector.

            Important! 22.09.2023 г. /friday/ - day off

            Documents for applicants admitted under the rules in Decree № 103/1993 and Decree № 228/1997 of the Ministers Council:

            - A certificate issued by the Ministry of Education and Science – receivd fromthe online application platform at the Ministry of Education and Science;

            - application documents submitted to the Ministry of Education and Science:

• An original and notarized copy of the Diploma for completed secondary education;
• An original and notarized copy of the Appendix to the Diploma for secondary education;
• A notarized copy of the Birth Certificate.

            - photos - 2 pieces of standard passport format (3.5x4.5 sm)

            - A document for a fee paid - for the ones adopted by the order of Decree № 228/1997 of the Ministers Council;

            - Envelope - documents for enrollment of first-year students Bachelor`s degree - Electronic student book (from the bookshop at the UNWE);

            Educational documents should be translated into Bulgarian with the exception of those issued by the Republic of Northern Macedonia.

            Documents for applicants admissible under the rules in Art.95, Para 8 and Para 10 of the Higher Education Act (at the own expense):

            1. Envelope - documents for enrollment of first-year students Bachelor`s degree - Electronic student book (from the bookshop at the UNWE);

            2. A document for a fee paid;

            3. Photos - 2 pieces of standard passport format (3.5x4.5 sm)

            Important!

            In the shortest possible term you should apply for issuance of Bulgarian Identification Document at the Sofia Directorate of Interior – №48 Maria Luiza Blvd., phone: 02/ 982 33 16 (link). After the obtaining of Identification Document you fill out an application for updating / correcting personal data at the Foreign Students and European Appendices to Diplomas Sector.
