Conditions and Documents

Doctoral candidates are required to be:  

• Bulgarian citizens

• Foreign citizens from the member-states of the European Union or European Economic Area

• Foreign citizens having a permanent resident status in the Republic of Bulgaria

• Persons having a status of refugees

The compulsory condition for Doctoral candidates is to have Educational Qualification Degree of Master and Grade Point Average (GPA) not less than “Good (4.00)”.
