UNWE General Assembly Assessed Positively The Activity of The Rectors Managing Body

The report of the Rectors Managing Body which was given to the delegates in advance contains the main achievements in the academic and scientific research activity, academic growth, international cooperation, management of the education quality, computerization, mobility of students, Doctoral students and lecturers, etc.

Two years ago when you voted me the enormous trust to be a Rector of the best and most proven Bulgarian university I said with deep conviction that there aren`t any accidentally belonging people to the UNWE, pointed out in the beginning of his expose Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev. Each one is an important person, each one carries power - professional, academic and human, outline the Rector. In 2013 we have shown we are strong and united Board ready to undertake actions and face up any challenges. I am convinced we complete the year stronger, more united and more confident in what we do, pointed out Prof. Stattev.

The Rector also said that the UNWE had been the only one Bulgarian university which had increased the admission of foreign students and the student mobility. Master`s degree programmes are 89 and 8 of them are in the English language including joint ones with foreign universities. The admission of Doctoral students is increased up to 130 people.
