The Rector Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev, the Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski and the Minister of Finance Petar Chobanov after the official ceremony laid wreaths in front of the Monument of Prof. Stephan Bobchev, founder and first rector of the university.
