"Devin EAD is a market leader in the mineral and spring water sector, one of the leading innovation companies in Bulgaria. Chief Assist. Dr. Kristian Zhelev from the International Economic Relartions and Business Department has been appointed as the Operational Coordinator for the implementation of the Memorandum, and on behalf of the company the Coordinator is Petya Manastirska, Head of Sustainable Development. During the signing Mrs. Manastirska highlighted the contribution of Prof. D.Sc./Econ./ Bystra Boeva, Emeritus Professor of UNWE, to make the agreement a fact.

"We are very keen on young people. They are 90% of all who are in the company. The youth section is very strong, there are your students in it. It organizes various initiatives, maintains its own media - UNA NEWS, and I am sure that the cooperation will be extremely fruitful for both sides", said Dr. Vladimir Sotirov, who was accompanied by representatives of the youth section.

The Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad under the Minister of Foreign Affairs coordinates the implementation of state policy regarding the Bulgarians living outside the territory of Bulgaria and supports the Bulgarian communities abroad in order to preserve and disseminate their native culture, language, traditions and identity. Rayna Mandzhukova, Executive Director of the Agency, and Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, discussed specific initiatives for cooperation as well as the opportunities for training in Bulgaria for Bulgarians from abroad. "There are about 3 million Bulgarians abroad and those who want to study in Bulgaria face difficulties. It is necessary to discuss with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education how to facilitate the procedure of application and admission to Bulgarian universities", said Mrs. Mandzhukova. The meeting was also attended by Mrs. Desislava Pavlova, Chief Expert at the Bulgarian Communities and Information Activities Directorate, determined as Coordinator, and Mr. Ashot Ghazaryan, Senior Expert at the Agency and PhD student at the UNWE. The Coordinator on behalf of the University is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stella Angova, Acting Head of the Media and Public Communications Department.
