12th International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists

12^th International Scientific Conference was held at the university. The Forum was organized under the patronage of the Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev by the Finance and Accountancy Faculty of UNWE and in a partnership with the University of Bologna, Italy, University of Split, Republic of Croatia, Poltava University of Economic and Trade, Ukraine, Lutsk National Technical University, Ukraine, University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship (VUZF) and Investor.BG.

At the opening of the Conference attended Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev, Rector of UNWE, Prof. Dr. Snezhana Basheva, Dean of the Finance and Accountancy Faculty, Head of the Accountancy and Analysis Department and Chairwoman of the Conference Programming Committee, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Grigorii Vazov, Rector of VUZF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Silvia Trifonova, Chairwoman of the Finance and Accountancy Faculty General Assembly and Chairwoman of the Conference Organizing Committee, Prof. Zbigniew Leszczynski from the University of Technology in Lodz, Poland, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Engineer Lilyana Valcheva, Chairwoman of the National Branch Syndicate of Higher Education and Science at Confederation of Independent Syndicates in Bulgaria (NBS-HES-CISB), etc.

The Rector of UNWE Prof. Statty Stattev and Vanya Doneva, Chairwoman of the Commission for Public Oversight of Statutory Auditors signed an Annex to the Framework Agreement of Cooperation between both institutions to prolong its term for three years more (in the pictures below).

I treat with the utmost respect to the traditions and good practices of education at the UNWE, outlined Vanya Doneva. According to his words the Conference shows the adequate participation of science in the issues but especially valuable is the participation of young people.

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed also by the Finance and Accountancy Faculty of UNWE and the Faculty of Organization and Management of Lodz University of Technology, Poland. It was signed by Prof. Snezhana Basheva and Prof. Zbigniew Leszczynski (in the picture below).

The UNWE is the leading university and today we can notice also the harmony between its generations, pointed Assoc. Prof. Engineer Lilyana Valcheva, Chairwoman of NBS-HES-CISB. My respect to what you do is great because if there is no succession it means that there are no achievements, commented Mrs. Valcheva.
