Young Scientists from The UNWE Presented Successfully Their Teaching Methodology to The European Professional Organization*

Dr. Miglena Molhova-Vladova and Dr. Fani Koleva from the Creative Industries and Intellectual Property Department presented their teaching experience during the 9th Annual Symposium of the European Intellectual Property Teachers` Network (EIPTN). Dr. Milhova-Vladova presented successfully the topic entitled: Students Conceptual Thinking Development by the Models Method at Teaching in Intellectual Property Issues in the Digital Economy and the topic of Dr. Koleva was entitled: Methodology for Assessment of Cases during the Lessons in Disloyal Competitiveness. Both presentations enjoyed great interest among the representatives of a number of European educational institutions as the University of York, University of Gothenburg, Durham University, University of Alcalá, University of Surrey, Technical University of Berlin, Bournemouth University, Higher School of Business and Finance in Riga, Aston University, Bocconi University, University of Newcastle, University of Burke, Nottingham Trent University, etc.

EIPTN is an interdisciplinary organization focused to unite the lecturers in intellectual property in Europe for exchanging ideas on best practice and innovation in teaching and learning activities relating to intellectual property. For the organization of the event held on 4-5 July at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) in Sofia the EIPTN is supported by the Academy of the European Patent Office (EPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Dr. Molhova-Vladova and Dr. Koleva were among the lecturers chosen by the organizers to present their teaching approach during the Symposium competing with their colleagues from all over Europe.

By their participation Dr. Molhova-Vladova and Dr. Koleva turned into a tradition the young scientists from the UNWE to present the university to members of the international organization. They have also had successful presentation of issues of their teaching practice during the previous two EIPTN Annual Symposia held in Lisbon, Portugal in 2013 (with the participation of Dr. Koleva) and in Riga, Latvia in 2015 as it can be seen on the EIPTN website: eiptn.org/.
