Open Doors Day at The UNWE

Hundreds of prospective students from various cities of the country attended the consecutive edition of Open Doors Day at the UNWE in Maxima Aula to be informed and go over the university. The event was organized by the Academic Activity Directorate, Prospective Students Division, the University Marketing Center and the Students Council.

“Welcome to the largest university of the country, in the temple of knowledge, dear future colleagues of ours”, said to young people in the hall Chief Assist. Dr. Nikolay Vankov from the Marketing and Strategic Planning Department. The Diploma from the UNWE opens all the doors everywhere, the employers accept it as a synonym of high quality and preparation. At our university everybody discovers its horizons, pointed out Dr. Vankov.

On behalf of the Rector of UNWE Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev a welcoming speech to school leavers was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Stela Raleva, Vice Rector for Education in the EQD of Master and Distance Learning. Dear friends, future students of ours, you are at the most largest and most prestigious Bulgarian university having nearly 23 thousand students and forming the economic elite of our country, pointed out Assoc. Prof. Raleva. She outlined the advantages of UNWE: a leader in the higher education, qualitative education by qualified lecturers specialized at the prestigious world universities, researchers who work on a number of international scientific projects, modern facilities, specialities having a high accreditation assessment, close useful contacts with the business, etc. By the National Insurance Institute data 97,5% of the UNWE graduates succeed to find realization at the labour market, outlined also Assoc. Prof. Raleva.

UNWE is your university! Apply at the university because it is an important prerequisite for your development, pointed out the Vice Rector and wished the attendees being together again in the same hall in September but as first year students of the prestigious higher school.

A new stage of your life is ahead of you. When you become students of our university learn for finding successful realization at the labour market, said the Chairman of the Students Council Denis Dimitrov. UNWE gives lots of knowledge but it depends on you to obtain and use it.

Assoc. Prof. Stela Raleva awarded Certificates to students who had taken active part in the campaign entitled Apply at the UNWE (in the picture below).

The prospective students watched the advertising video about the UNWE, visited the conference halls, the Center for Documents Reception, Test Center, UNWE Library. They had an opportunity to obtain additional information from the students of UNWE who had made information desks in the lobby of the university.
