Seventh Table-Tennis Tournament for The UNWE Cup

For a seventh consecutive time in Bonsist Sport Complex was held the Table-Tennis Tournament for the UNWE Cup. The sport event was organized by the Physical Education and Sport Department jointly with St. George Victorious Academic Sport Club of lecturers and officials with its Chairman Prof. Dr. Georgy Yankov.

In the Tournament took active part lecturers and officials from the UNWE.

During the Tournament

The participants were chosen by lot. Then the matches began and in the end became clear who were the winners.

The final results were announced by Senior Lecturer Elena Moneva. The first place was occupied by Senior Lecturer Spas Stavrev, Head of the Physical Education and Sport Department. The second place was taken by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zahari Tormanov. On the third position was ranked Darin Stefanov and the fourth place was for Tsetso Rizov.

Prof. Kisimov is awarding the Cup to the winner Senior Lecturer Spas Stavrev.

On behalf of the Rector of the university participants were greeted for the successfully implemented Tournament by Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Valentin Kisimov, Director of the Center for Innovative Computer Systems.

Senior Lecturer Spas Stavrev expressed his thankfulness to the UNWE Managing Body and to the participants and wished the number of sporting people to increase more and more.
