Prof. Statty Stattev Was Awarded The Honorary Rectors Sign of Veliko Tarnovo University

The Rector of the University of National and World Economy Prof. D.Sc.(Econ) Statty Stattev was awarded the Honorary Rectors Sign of St. Kiril and Metodii University of Veliko Tarnovo. The distinction was bestowed on him at an official ceremony at the University of Veliko Tarnovo by Prof. Plamen Legkostup, Rector of the University up to date (in the picture below).

Prof. Stattev received the distinction during the official ceremony on inauguration of Rectors authority at the University of Veliko Tarnovo in the presence of official guests, foreign delegations, lecturers and students.

Prof. Stattev expressed his thankfulness for the honorary award and outlined that he would accept it not as personal but as an institutional reward – as a sign of the academic cooperation between the UNWE and the University of Veliko Tarnovo. The Rector of UNWE expressed also his hope that the interaction between both universities would continue to develop positively and wished success to the newly elected Rector of the University of Veliko Tarnovo Prof. Hristo Bondzholov as well as to the new Rectors and Academic Managing Body.
