Student from the UNWE Represented Bulgaria in the Current Edition of the Huawei Seeds for the Future Programme in China

Sofia Vasileva, fourth-year student of Law, was among the three Bulgarian students who managed to win the competition and meet the high requirements of the jury to participate in Huawei's prestigious international programme Seeds for the Future 2025.

The event took place in China from 20 to 24 October 2025 and the programme included lecture courses, visits to technology campuses and cultural activities.

As part of the programme the participants attended lecture courses led by experts in the ICT industry, covering topics such as artificial intelligence and cloud technologies.

Students had the opportunity to visit the Huawei campus as well as other leading technology companies, where they became acquainted with the latest developments and innovations in the industry.

The cultural programme allowed the participants to get acquainted with the history and traditions of China. On the final day, each participating country presented its culture and the students had the opportunity to exchange experiences and establish international contacts.

Sofia Vasileva shared that participating in the initiative brought her new knowledge, valuable contacts, and inspiration for future professional development.

Sofia's participation highlights the potential of the students of the UNWE Law Faculty and demonstrates the opportunities for international participarions and professional growth that our university provides.
