Our Students Become Mentors of Pupils

The fourth-year students from speciality Business Administration Gergana Grancharova, Silvia Karadzhova, Atanas Petkov and Ventsislav Vitanov became mentors of the tenth-grade pupils from the119 Academic Mihail Arnaudov Secondary School in Sofia. During a lesson in Entrepreneurship and Management they showed in practice how to work in a team, how to seek solutions of problem situations and how to form a leadership skills.

Students had prepared a business game in which the pupils took part with desire and enthusiasm. They worked in teams and competed in their tasks. All participants enjoyed themselves and some of them managed remarkably well. The results were reported and the winners received prizes and certificates.

The joint initiative assisted for the development of communication skills of pupils, their ability to work in a team and manage with risky situations as well as for the application of strategic thinking.
