Two Students and A Doctoral Student from UNWE Won The BNB Scholarships for 2013

In the presence of members of the BNB Governing Council on February, 21st were bestowed Certificates to the winners in the 10th Annual Competition for Scholarship Students of BNB for 2013:

Velislava Ilkova Karaycheva – student at the UNWE, Educational Qualification Degree of Master, speciality Finance, presented an essay on the Fiscal Consolidation and Economic Growth;

Ivan Vasilev Todorov – student at the UNWE, Educational Qualification Degree of Master, speciality Macroeconomics, presented an essay on the Fiscal Consolidation and Economic Growth;

Petar Ilkov Peshev – student at the UNWE, scientific speciality Political Economy, presented an essay on the Fiscal Consolidation and Economic Growth.

Certificates to the winners were bestowed by the BNB Governor Ivan Iskrov in the presence of Prof. D.Sc. (Econ.) Statty Stattev, Rector of UNWE and member of the BNB Governing Council.

The main purpose of scholarships is to be supported students and doctoral students in specializing and elaboration of issues having great importance for the BNB activity and in perspective to be given them an opportunity for work at the Central Bank.

In the competition took part 26 applicants, 6 of them were Doctoral students and 20 – students at the Educational Qualification Degree of Master.
