The Entrepreneur Dimitar Kalaydzhiev Presented the Aspects of Organizational Design and Team Building to the Students of Specialities Business Economics and Industrial Business

Dimitar Kalaidjiev /entrepreneur and owner of the real estate agency Building Box Bulgaria Ltd./ was the guest speaker at the lecture on the discipline Business Organization. The event is part of the le series of lectures organized on the occasion of the 75^th Anniversary of the Industrial Business Department. The guest lecturers are entrepreneurs, managers and experts from various business areas who present their experience and knowledge on current topics related to the challenges of the modern business practice.

The guest presented to the students in a systematic and comprehensive way his applied knowledge about organizations, their construction and functioning. The lecture concerned the topic of leadership and management by personal example as values forming a strong team, effective work system and sustainable company culture.

Kalaydjiev outlined the importance of knowing the strengths and weaknesses of employees, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, building feedback, recognizing the achievements of employees. He gave concrete examples from his practice and explained to the students that a highly effective team has a highly effective leader.

The lecture was met with great interest and prompted the students to ask the entrepreneur a number of questions. Dimitar Kalaydzhiev concluded his lecture with the message that the success in business requires perseverance, the right mindset and hunger for knowledge.
