The first step when seeking assistance in case of an incident is to inform the Head of Security Organisation Sector Mr. Todor Todorov at the Security Desk in the Central Lobby or by calling +359 882 511 783. You can also call +359 877 939 555 – Mr. Daniel Avramov or +359 895 778 660 – Mr. Petko Savov, Paramedic.
The Pre-Medical Assistance Office is equipped with everything necessary for first aid - blood and blood glucose testing equipment, first aid medication as well as a first aid kit.

Mr. Petko Savov, the Paramedic managing the Pre-Medical Assistance Office, explains that the most common ilnesses are related to the fact that the students do not eat regularly and drink enough water which causes temporary sickness the most common manifestation of which is the collapse. For a quick recovery the office is equipped with a coffee machine, mineral water and Coca-Cola.
