"The resources of the University of National and World Economy /UNWE/ as an intellectual potential are not insignificant, our knowledge and experience are substantial and we are actively engage not only in educating young people but also in various projects. With the help of the media, we could make our activities more visible and to set an example", said the Rector Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov and emphasized: "I want to highlight that the UNWE is a leader in digitalization with electronic protocols, certifications and books and provided over 21 online services to its students. In our prospective students campaign the application and enrollment are done online and we already have a functioning Call Center. We have a robot connected to our Big Data Center utilizing artificial intelligence. As the largest business university in Southeastern Europe the UNWE has a rich portfolio of specialties, conducts scientific research and educates students in all areas of socio-economic life. Therefore, in collaboration with the BNR we can be mutually beneficial in various fields, not only in the field of journalism".

"I am glad that we have the opportunity to collaborate because the education is one of the fundamental pillars of any society. Unfortunately, in Bulgaria, both education and culture have not been the top priorities in the last few decades. I believe that the least we can do as institutions operating in these areas is to support each other with our limited resources and at least try to do something positive. Ultimately, your work is at the core of everything - without education, everything else loses its meaning", said Milen Mitev. He outlined: "As a media organization, our task is to reflect what is happening and not merely be passive observers but to strive to make things better. I sincerely hope that with our media resources we can assist you and promote your work, discuss more about the issues you face. On the other hand, we rely on the high competence of your lecturers and professionals in various fields not just in journalism. We would be very pleased if this collaboration leads to programmes that help enhance the qualifications of our colleagues. I am convinced that we will have many ideas to collaborate. In my opinion, the public media should be a partner to every serious institution in the country as undoubtedly is the UNWE".

The document states that the UNWE and the BNR will collaborate by informing the students of UNWE about internships and public events where the work of BNR will be presented.

The scope of the Memorandum includes the exchange of information and publications about the activities and important events organized by the BNR and the UNWE. It also involves assisting the representatives from the BNR to participate in presentations to students, lectures, seminars, conferences, meetings or other events organized by the University.

The Memorandum also includes the possibility of partnership in preparing joint projects and their subsequent implementation as well as assistance in conducting training in Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral programmes at UNWE for specialists and employees from the BNR.

The collaboration involves the support of UNWE lecturers and other UNWE representatives in trainings for the BNR personnel through meetings, lectures, comments, analyses, expertise, consultations, statistical and other research, and events organized by both institutions.

Both parties will mutually support each other in conducting other specific activities and events such as informational campaigns and academies.

Prof. Dr. Stela Angova, Head of the Media and Public Communications Department. From the BNR the Coordinator is Tatiana Velinova, Head of the Secretariat and Protocol Division.
