First Aid Training Held the Youth Red Cross

The Youth Red Cross held a training on first aid at the UNWE at the invitation of the Rector's Management. Dr. Stanimir Tepavsky, Mrs. Laura Fuchedzhieva and Mrs. Diana Dimitrova explained the basic principles and demonstrated basic first aid skills to 18 employees from the Security Organization Sector.

"The knowledge and practical skills acquired by our employees are an invaluable aid that will enable us to have an adequate and timely response when needed. At the UNWE work more than 1 000 employees and lecturers and over 18 000 students study in it. Every day the University is visited by over 10 000 people. Taking care of their health and lives is the first priority of the university's management", says a Letter of Thankfulness sent by the Rector Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov to the President of the Bulgarian Red Cross Acad. Hristo Grigorov.

Special attention was paid to the most common life-threatening situations.
