Certificates Were Awarded to the Graduates of the Master Class on Leadership - Centurion 2022

At a solemn ceremony at the UNWE were awarded certificates to 12 students who successfully completed the master class on Leadership - Centurion 2022 which was held in the period May - December 2022.

The moderator of the ceremony Assoc. Prof. Dr. Angel Marchev, Vice Dean for Research Activity of the Management and Administration Faculty, greeted the participants in the event and emphasized that the Scientific Research Center for Good Management Practices at UNWE jointly with Ivan Kozhuharov have organized the master class for the 7th consecutive year.

The lecturer Ivan Kozhuharov has serious experience in the field of management and project management and in the recent years he has been active in the financial field. He has also been sharing his professional and personal experience at academic and corporate level for many years.

"I would like to greet you on the successful completion of the master class because you have gone through a lot of challenges and requirements of Ivan, you have managed to finalize your training and gain new knowledge and skills. I have known Ivan Kozhuharov since 2015 when I was able to attend his lectures for the first time and I was very impressed. I can also define them as life lessons. Surely he is a man-leader because only such a person can present the experience and foresee the future in such visionary way", addressed the students Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova, Vice-Rector for Institutional and Business Cooperation and Student Policies and added: "This master class provides graduates with the opportunity to grade their personal goals and to identify specific actions to achieve them. People who have completed the course begin to properly define their personal and professional goals, uncover their leadership qualities, and discover what is valuable to each of them. I believe that you will become true leaders due to what you learn during the master class. Thank you Ivan, I hope you will continue to hold these master classes to train new future leaders".

Ivan Kozhuharov expressed his sincere gratitude to the Rector`s Managing body for the fruitful joint cooperation in organizing the master class and addressed the students: "I'm glad we went through this course together and shared priceless moments. Live your life, don't let the people around you decide, think with your own heads because there is only one life. All of us who are here today are part of the solution with our expertise, our values and our understanding of where to lead our lives. I am glad you are part of us Centurions and wish you battles, successes and wonderful moments. Centurions are knowledgeable, capable, 'machines', fighters, problem solvers and leaders but they are also humble, so be wolves in your work and men in life", emphasized the lecturer.

Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova and Ivan Kozhuharov awarded certificates for successful completion of the master class on Leadership - Centurion 2022 to Daniela Shaldarova, Dimitar Lyubchev, Kaloyan Bankov, Mariela Kirilova, Michaela Marinova, Nikolay Deychev, Sevinch Hristenova, Alexandrina Mitrofanova, Anita Stoeva, Anton Pramatarov, Boncho Valkov and Nikolina Nikolova.
