The Rector of UNWE Met with the Ambassador of Kosovo

The Rector of the UNWE Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov met with the Interim Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Bulgaria Delfin Plana.

Prof. Dimitrov highlighted the leading positions of our university in the Bulgarian and European educational space. During the meeting the Rector told about the history and achievements of UNWE as well as about the digitalization of educational process.

Ambassador Delfin Plana and the Rector made a commitment to help intensifying the cooperation between the UNWE and the University of Kosovo. "The academic Managing body works hard to establish partnerships with foreign universities. These initiatives have a positive result as they increase the quality, international competitiveness and attractiveness of the European higher education", said during the meeting Prof. Dimitrov. He presented the opportunities for mutual exchange of undergraduates, Doctoral students and lecturers between the two universities.

The meeting ended with wishes to deepen the academic exchange between Bulgaria and Kosovo and to expand the cooperation in various fields.
