UNWE Ranks First in Southwestern Advantage Among More Than 200 Universities
Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov received personally from Dan Moore, President of Southwestern Advantage, a cup - recognition for the first place of UNWE in the world for the achievements of his students in the program of the American company.
The Southwestern’s Advantage program, which has a history of more than 160 years, involves students from more than 200 universities who have the opportunity to run their own businesses and sell door-to-door educational products. Their remuneration is according to the sales made and the results achieved. The more sales they make, the more points the university where they study gets. The idea is for students to gain confidence and experience in business contacts, which helps them for future professional success.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Student Council at UNWE Angel Stoykov, the Director of the Interuniversity Center for Career Development Atanas Dimitrov, Vasil Chakardakov, Sales Director of Southwestern Advantage and representatives of the company.
