UNWE Won The National Prize “Manager Human Resources 2011” in The Category of Higher Education

On January, 20th, at the Sofia Grand Hotel was held the official ceremony for bestowing the national prize “Manager Human Resources 2011”. The prize is awarded by the Human Resources and European Integration Foundation, the National Association of Organizations for Social Services and by Human Resources Magazine.

The national prize for 2011 (a diploma and a plaque) in the category of higher education was awarded to the University of National and World Economy because of its effective human resources management and also as a doyen of preparation and successful realization of specialists with higher education in the field of human resources management and economics. For the awarding of the prize it was also taken into account the leadership position of UNWE. In 2011 in the World Business Schools Ranking of the Supreme Consortium of 126 Research Centers and Institutes to the Ministry of Education of Spain our university took the 1st place in Bulgaria, 13th place in Europe and 31st place in the world.

After the official ceremony for bestowing the national prize it was held a Charity Ball-Concert in aid of the Homes for Social Services and Services in the community.
