Distinction for the UNWE by the Ministry of Education and Science

Certificate “Partner in Education” of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network - EUROPEN-PEN International was awarded to the UNWE by the Ministry of Education and Science.

The Certificate is conferred on the UNWE for its contribution to the education through training firms as well as for the intensive support of activities of the Bulgarian Network of Practice Enterprises and Bulgarian Centre of Training Firms at Ministry of Education and Science. The distinction is also awarded on the occasion of the International Practice Enterprises Week held successfully in Plovdiv in 2018 where the UNWE is a traditional participant.

In 2014 a training firm is established at the UNWE by the lecturers from the Accountancy and Analysis Department and it works under the patronage of the University Center for Standardization, Analysis and Financial Reports Audit. Every year new 5000 pupils and students are trained at the practice enterprise where they acquire new skills and knowledge closing them to the real business environment and assisting their full practical realization.
