Public Lecture on the Energy Projects and Energy Management

In the Small Conference Hall was held a public lecture of Dr. Vladimir Zinoviev on the Energy Projects and Energy Management organized by the Economics of Transport and Energy Department and Sofia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

During the lecture

Georgy Chernev, President of SCCI presented Dr. Vladimir Zinoviev and opened the lecture (in the picture below).

At the lecture attended also Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Hristo Parvanov, Director of the UNWE Center for Energy Business and Infrastructure (in the picture below).

The guest-lecturer Dr. Vladimir Zinoviev, member of SCCI presented the energy project stages – strategy, choice of good alternative, budget, exploitation regime (in the picture below).

The energy effectiveness is achieved in a great extent due to the energy management systems. The base of the energy management system is the energy floats management. It is important what decisions are taken when there is a free energy (or energy deficit) and how the consumers are managed, said the lecturer.  

After the lecture it was held a discussion on the topic.
