Memorandum of Cooperation between the UNWE and National Company Industrial Zones

Providing internships and permanent employment for students and alumni of UNWE at the companies working in the industrial areas of the National Company Industrial Zones (NCIZ) is provisioned in the Memorandum of Cooperation signed by Prof. D.Sc.(Econ.) Statty Stattev, Rector of UNWE and Antoaneta Bares, Executive Director of NCIZ.

In the document is written that both parties will unite their efforts as partners having an aim to provide for students-trainees to obtain new knowledge and practical skills in a real business environment and find professional realization at the companies from the industrial areas of NCIZ.

The cooperation will be implemented by the Inter-University Center for Career Development (IUCCD) which will inform about the opportunities of internships and job vacancies. NCIZ will take part in corporative presentations and informational meetings at the UNWE, in the Career Days and other events of UNWE.

Coordinator for the cooperation from the UNWE will be Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yordan Bliznakov, Director of the IUCCD.

National Company Industrial Zones PLC is 100% state-owned company specialized in industrial park development, management of industrial zones and innovation centers, provision of additional services to investors. It is created to carry out the strategy of the Bulgarian Government for developing the economy and facilitating the inflow of FDI to Bulgaria.
