Information Meeting on The Project Student Practices – Stage 1

The consecutive information meeting with students for discussing the opportunities on the project Student Practices – Stage 1 implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science on the Operative Programme Science and Education for Intelligent Growth was organized at the university.

The third and fourth year students from various specialities were given instructions how to applicate and participate in the student practices by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosen Kirilov, Deputy Director of the Inter-University Center for Career Development (IUCCD) and Head of the Specialized Unit for Practical Education.

About 1000 contracts have been concluded so far but the UNWE has a certain capacity of 3505 kinds of practices till the end of 2017, clarified Assoc. Prof. Kirilov. The practice gives an opportunity for education in a real environment as well as for a job for students who have presented well, pointed out the Director. The practice includes 240 astronomic hours and each student passed successfully through it is granted a scholarship of 480 BGN, specified Assoc. Prof. Kirilov.
