Associate Professor from The UNWE Was A Guest-Lecturer at The University Paris - Versailles

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elka Vasileva form the Economics of Natural Resources Department was invited as guest-lecturer at the University Paris - Versailles.

During her stay at the ISM-UVSQ (Institut Supérieur de Management - Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin) she delivered series of lectures on the Quality Management to students from two Master`s Degree Programmes: M2 MAQAF (Management des Achats et de la Qualité fournisseurs) and M2 GRH (Gestion des Ressources Humaines).

In the frameworks of her visit Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elka Vasileva was officially confirmed as associated member of Laboratory LAREQUOI (Laboratoire de Recherchе en Management de l’ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin). The Laboratory was established in 1998 by the Ministry of Education of France. 12 Master`s degree programmes and Doctoral theses of more than 50 young researchers are managed by the Laboratory and annually about 10 Doctoral dissertations are defended. The Laboratory staff consists of about 90 lecturers and researchers as from France as well as from other universities in Europe, North Africa and the USA.

At the LAREQUOI Laboratory the subject of scientific research are the concepts for responsible and integrated management of public and private organizations. The membership in the Laboratory provides a stable ground for cooperation between both universities at all levels of their activity – Master`s and Doctoral degree programmes, joint scientific research, etc.

During the meetings and conversations with the French colleagues Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elka Vasileva presented the results of research in the field of ecologically responsible management of the Bulgarian organizations. The joint research interest is a ground for searching future forms of cooperation – for example, scientific projects in the field of sustainable management.
