MBA Executive at The UNWE in The Academic Year 2015/2016

A new Master`s Degree Programme in Business Administration with specialization in Higher Management at the UNWE

The education of the type MBA Executive is a practice of each leading business school in Europe and in the world. The UNWE won`t be an exception any more – the Management Department provides an opportunity for education in the field of higher management emphasizing on the global business aspects  - the leadership, strategic management, innovativeness, human resources as well as the project oriented organizations.

The admission in the Master`s Degree Programme in Business Administration with specialization in Higher Management is opened from the winter semester of the academic year 2015/2016. The education is in regular form for 2 or 3 semesters. In the Programme can be included certified Bachelors or Masters of Science no matter what is the professional field of completed speciality. The only requirement is at least one year of professional experience in the field of management.

Academic classes in each discipline are held in compliance with the official employment of participants, in modules, mostly during the weekends. It is emphasized is on the self-preparation on specialized topics and cases, individual and group presentations, discussions and seminars as well as consultation with lecturers and leading managers – representatives of the business practice.

The education in the new speciality will use optimally the opportunities for joint work with representatives of organizations which have concluded Framework Agreements of Cooperation with the UNWE - the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria, commerce chambers and offices, professional associations, etc. In the process of education will take part joint teams of lecturers and nominated representatives of economic practice.

Masters of Science in Business Administration with specialization of Higher Management obtain qualification to work at various management levels in Bulgarian and foreign business organizations from different economic sectors.

The education in the new Master`s Degree Programme will be based on the Agreements of Cooperation concluded with leading employers organizations and professional associations in Bulgaria.

The interaction University-Business will be included more actively in the new Master`s Degree Programme.
