The guest-mentors

The word “mentor” means a person who gives advices and plays an important role in your development. If I have a chance to play the role of a mentor for 40 minutes I will be very pleased indeed, said Dimitar Dimitrov, Executive Director of Sopharma Trading. He pointed out two important things for success - the ambition which directs and manages the desires as well as the dreams which have to be huge enough to grow with them. The mentor informed the audience about Sopharma and its international presence, examined the company development over the last years till 1914 when it had been approved as No. 1 in the pharmaceutical sector for its income. Our mission is to turn into a fully integrated supplier of innovative and qualitative health services, commented Dimitrov.

Dimitar Dimitrov gave valuable ideas to the students.

The next guest-mentors told about their organizations and encouraged the students to believe in themselves and to search for professional realization. The participants had the opportunity to take part in the discussion panels – workshops to the various companies. They solved some cases related to the sphere of human resources, marketing and sales and received valuable advices from young managers and entrepreneurs.
